1. Product Manager Requirements
Responsibilities:
- A part of the marketing team, providing an insight between market needs and technical execution by providing value offering to the market.
- Leading cross-functional teams consisting of software engineering, operations, marketing and other key stakeholders to define, develop and implement a market-leading solution
- Develop and tune roadmap product releases based on continual assessment of internal, market research, competitive and customer data
- Evangelizing product and becoming subject matter expert for internal audiences, external clients and market facing communications
- Developing and prioritizing new product and change requirements to meet changing market and competitive needs Spearheading usability enhancements and interface design
- Managing product development timelines, production cycles and client implementation deadlines
- Developing marketing collateral materials, sales support demos and white papers
- Manage interaction with Public Relation agencies and technical analysts.
- As part of the marketing team be a part in preparing the yearly marketing plan and become a part in executing the plan.
- Provide pre-sales and marketing support on product sales.
Key Result Areas:
- Author detailed product requirement specifications for engineering development including high level system understanding and design.
- Organize product requirements, bug fixes and other enhancements into a cohesive product plan and communicating plan to organization and senior leadership
- Conduct business case and financial analyses to justify product investments and market opportunities
Qualifications:
- This position requires 1+ years product management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with considerable experience in technologies that manage complex business processes.
- Preference to candidates with VoIP experience (SIP, H323, RTP, voice and video codecs)
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements managing complex business processes into clear, compelling, repeatable, easy-to-use software capabilities
- Experience leading software interface usability and interface design
- Strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple work streams and deliver to tight timelines
- Familiarity with requirements management processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience representing company and product as subject matter expert with clients, sales prospects, and marketing events
- Experience authoring clear, compelling marketing and sales collateral to support product
- Self-directed, with a passion for building highly successful products in high-growth markets
- Experience creating compelling business cases and financial analyses from thorough, fact-based research

2. Host/Firmware Developer
Description:
Software Engineer to the Host/Firmware team
Requirements:
- BSc degree
- Experience with RT Embedded in C, C++ languages
- Experience in developing on Linux systems
- Any/all of the following an advantage :
- Experience in developing Linux kernel and device drivers
- Experience in developing multi-tasking/multi-threaded systems
- Familiarity with MicroBlaze, and PowerPC
- Understanding of hardware/software integration
- Experience in TCP/IP communications
3. QA Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in networking industry
- Experience in writing test documents (STP, STD)
- Knowledge in Linux advantage
- Knowledge in VoIP /SIP advantage
- Knowledge in video – advantage
- Perl programming -advantage
- Excellent English.
